Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following categories of personal data:
- Information you provide: your name, email address, company/role, and the content of any messages you send to us.
- Business communications: records of emails, calls and meetings with you.

We do not intentionally collect special category data (such as health, biometric, or political opinions). Please do not send special category data to us unless we have specifically requested it and you have a lawful basis to share it.
5) How we use your personal data (purposes and legal bases)
Where UK GDPR (and similar data protection laws) apply, we use your personal data only where we have a lawful basis. Typical purposes and lawful bases include:
- To respond to enquiries and communicate with you (legitimate interests and/or steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract).
- To provide services to clients under a written engagement (performance of a contract, and/or legitimate interests).
- To operate, secure and maintain the website (legitimate interests; and where required, compliance with legal obligations).
- To manage our business (for example accounting, record-keeping, and professional advice) (legal obligations and/or legitimate interests).
- To send business-to-business updates where permitted by law (legitimate interests). You can opt out at any time.
6) Service providers (processors)
We use service providers to help us operate the website and our communications. These providers may process personal data on our behalf, subject to contractual protections. Our key providers include:
- Website hosting: GoDaddy.
- Email: Google Workspace.
We also use professional advisers (for example lawyers, auditors and insurers) where necessary, and may disclose personal data to authorities where required by law or to protect our rights.
We do not sell personal data.
7) International transfers
We operate across Gibraltar and the UK, and some service providers may process data in other countries. Where we transfer personal data internationally and a transfer mechanism is required, we use safeguards such as standard contractual clauses and, for UK transfers, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum (as applicable).
8) Cookies and similar technologies
Our position today: www.monible.io is designed to function without non-essential cookies and we do not run analytics or advertising cookies on the website.
Strictly necessary cookies (or similar technologies) may be used by the website infrastructure to deliver the site securely and reliably (for example, to support basic security, availability and traffic management). These are essential and do not require consent in many jurisdictions.
You can control cookies through your browser settings (including deleting cookies and blocking future cookies). If we introduce non-essential cookies in the future, we will update this page and, where required, provide cookie choices.
9) Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above:
- Enquiries: typically up to 24 months from our last interaction, unless we need to keep it longer (for example, to deal with a dispute).
- Client records: for the duration of the engagement and then typically up to 7 years, to meet legal and accounting requirements.
- Security and server logs: typically up to 12 months unless a longer period is needed to investigate a security incident.
10) Your rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise your rights, email us at privacy@monible.io. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
